Papers submitted to Tourismisme must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any material directly copied from another source must be clearly distinguished from the original text by: (1) indentation, (2) the use of quotation marks, and (3) proper citation of the source.
Text exceeding fair use standards—defined here as more than two or three consecutive sentences or their equivalent—or any reproduced graphic or tabular content requires written permission from the copyright holder and, where possible, from the original author(s). All such material must be clearly attributed to the source (e.g., previous publication). The acceptable similarity index (plagiarism threshold) is set at a maximum of 20%. All manuscripts submitted to Tourismisme will be screened using iThenticate: Plagiarism Detection Software.
